When emailing please provide your suburb, if its at a club, hall, or private residence, date of party, your contact details e.g. Name, Phone number, email & postal address.

A $50 deposit is required with your booking, it is non refundable should hiree cancel less than 10 working days of party date. December & New Year booking requires a $100 deposit.
Balance of monies owed is due on delivery as CASH ONLY. Credit Card payment to be made three days before your party. Credit Card payment    will incurr a 3% surcharge fee. 

If you request a delivery time e.g. after 1pm so that Birthday person out of the house or a Club will not let us in until a certain time a $50 fee applies.

If a Venue isn't open on SUNDAY a $50 fee will be charged to pick up Jukebox.  Hall hire (Redland City Only) to be picked up at Midnight and a $40 fee applies. A $100 Bond applies to all game tables for hire and Hall hire.
 

All hire equipment must be in an undercover, fully weatherproof area. 

The hiree agrees that the hire equipment cannot be re-positioned or moved. Should the equipment be moved, the Hiree is liable for the full cost associated with any damage which may occur to the machine.
Frozen Cocktail Machines:- nothing can be added to the machine or the hiree will be liable for any damage.
